Privacy notice

We will make every effort to protect the personal information that you provide us and are committed to respecting your right to privacy. By personal information we mean your name, contact details and any other information you give us.

We only collect personal information from you when you sign up to our mailing list or register for an event with us.

We do not sell your personal details on. We may share this information only with organisations we hire to run our services, or where we are required to do so by contract or law.

We do not use ‘remarketing’ and do not promote adverts to you elsewhere on the internet based on how you use our site.

We may contact you occasionally for monitoring, evaluation, or marketing purposes but you can opt out at any time.

The University of Brighton and West Sussex County Council are joint data controllers for the purpose of the Let’s Go! Net Zero project. The Data Processor is the University of Brighton, Mithras House, Lewes Road. The Data Protection Officer is responsible for advising the university on compliance with data protection legislation and monitoring its performance against it.
